The entire Beverage Processors Group Team will handle any such information pursuant to all applicable Federal and Provincial legislation including, but not limited to, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”).

It does not cover information about an individual that is available from a public source, such as a telephone directory, court record, or land registry office.
